Refund Policy

You are never charged for a result that fails our verification gate. Once data is delivered and you confirm it, purchases are non-refundable — but we will refund non-delivery, materially-not-as-described, or billing errors. Your statutory rights apply, and Paddle’s Refund Policy governs fiat purchases.

This English text is the legally binding version.

You are not charged for a failed or erroneous result in the first place. Truth Bear runs a verification gate before charging: if its logic layer cannot deliver a verified result, it apologises and does not charge — we would rather deliver nothing than deliver a wrong judgment.

1. Merchant of Record policy governs

Fiat purchases are sold by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. The Paddle Refund Policy, which forms part of the Paddle Buyer Terms and Conditions, governs those transactions; this page explains how it applies to Truth Bear. Where local consumer law gives you greater rights, the highest level of rights always applies. If a refund is granted, access to the relevant product will cease.

2. Digital data — delivered and confirmed

Truth Bear delivers digital data and analysis. Consistent with Paddle's policy, all transactions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless required by law or approved at discretion. Because delivered information is intellectual property that cannot be returned once received, a completed purchase is non-refundable after the data has been delivered and you have confirmed it is acceptable. Before that confirmation, if a result does not pass our verification gate, you are not charged.

3. Statutory withdrawal right preserved

Consumers in the EU/EEA, Switzerland, and the UK have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal for digital content and services. Consistent with Paddle's policy, that right does not apply to digital content that has started to be downloaded, streamed, or otherwise used once you have given express consent to waive your withdrawal right — which is exactly what your confirmation at delivery represents. Until that point, the withdrawal right is fully preserved.

Our promise — we want you treated fairly. Even though delivered data is generally final, we will refund you if: (a) the data was not delivered or was inaccessible; (b) it was materially not as described; or (c) you were charged in error or twice. If you are unhappy for another reason, contact us within 14 days — we handle goodwill requests case by case. This does not affect your mandatory statutory rights.

4. Pricing period

During the testing period the features are free until 2026-10-31, with a promotional discount until 2026-12-31. There is no subscription — purchases are pay-per-use, so there is nothing to cancel or auto-renew.

5. Pay-per-call (USDC via x402)

On-chain micro-payments settle immediately. If a result does not pass the verification gate you are not charged, and your payment authorisation stays valid for a short retry window so you can rephrase and retry at no extra cost. Once a verified result is delivered, the payment is non-refundable.

6. How to raise a problem

If something went wrong before you confirmed delivery, email a98741263@gmail.com with your order/transaction ID and the email used at checkout. We aim to respond within a few business days; any refund we grant is returned to your original payment method by Paddle.com.
