Truth Bear provides verifiable, screening-grade data — not advice, not a prediction, and not a financial product. You are not charged for a result that fails verification; fiat sales are handled by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record, and your statutory consumer rights always apply.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Truth Bear (真相BOT熊) information service, our websites, APIs, and related pages (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must have the legal capacity to enter a contract (in most places, be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live) and use the Service in compliance with applicable law. If you use the Service for an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind it to these Terms.
The Service provides screening-grade, descriptive data observations drawn from public and official sources. For each answer it reports a fact, its source, and a timestamp, and — where synthesis is involved — a descriptive direction (higher / lower / neutral). It is an analyst that describes, not a commander that instructs. When our database has no verifiable source for a request, we say so honestly.
The Service is a digital information/data product. It is expressly not, and must not be relied upon as, any of the following:
We do not trade, exchange, hold, or custody any assets on your behalf. Where the Service is paid in USDC via the x402 protocol, cryptocurrency is used only as an alternative payment method for the data product; we are not a cryptocurrency exchange and do not deal in crypto assets.

Nothing in the Content constitutes advice or a recommendation, and no fiduciary, advisory, brokerage, or agency relationship is created between you and us. Data describes the present and its source; it is not a prediction of the future, and past or current readings are not an indication of future outcomes. Any decision or action you take is solely your own responsibility. For decisions with legal, financial, medical, or safety consequences, consult a qualified professional. If you are unsure whether the Service is suitable for your purpose, do not rely on it.
We make no warranty that the Content is complete, accurate, current, or fit for any particular purpose. Every record ships with a verifiable record_hash so you can independently re-check authenticity against the cited source. We encourage you to verify before you rely.
During the testing period, use of the features is free of charge until 2026-10-31, followed by a promotional discount until 2026-12-31. After these periods the Service is offered on a pay-per-use basis — there is no subscription, nothing to cancel, and nothing that auto-renews. Prices are shown on our home page in US dollars. Applicable taxes are calculated and collected by our Merchant of Record at checkout. We may change prices and periods prospectively; changes do not affect a transaction already completed.
Before charging for a paid result, the Service runs a verification gate. If it cannot deliver a verified result, it apologises and does not charge for that result, and it lets you rephrase and retry at no extra cost within the applicable window. We would rather deliver nothing than deliver a wrong judgment.
Fiat payments are sold and processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, which is the seller of record for those transactions and handles billing and applicable taxes. Your purchase is also subject to the Paddle Buyer Terms and Conditions and the Paddle Refund Policy; where those or your local consumer law give you greater rights, the highest level of rights applies. Crypto payments are made on-chain in USDC via the x402 protocol and are handled separately from Paddle. We never receive or store your card details, passwords, or credentials — payment happens on the provider's own secure checkout and we receive only a signed token indicating that payment succeeded.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and, for fiat purchases, by the Paddle Refund Policy. In short: you are not charged for a result that fails our verification gate; once data has been delivered and you have confirmed it is acceptable, the purchase is non-refundable because delivered information cannot be returned — subject always to your mandatory statutory rights.
You agree not to: use the Service unlawfully; attempt to break, overload, probe, or reverse-engineer the payment or verification systems; resell or redistribute the Content in violation of these Terms; present outputs as certified, compliance, or professional advice; or use the Service to build a competing dataset by systematic extraction. We may rate-limit, suspend, or refuse service to protect the Service and other users.
The Truth Bear name, site, software, and compiled Content are protected by intellectual-property rights. Subject to these Terms and any fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Content for your own internal or personal decision-making. Underlying facts remain attributable to their official sources, which we cite; we claim no ownership over those public facts themselves.
The Service references official and public third-party sources and relies on third-party providers (including our Merchant of Record and cloud host). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third parties, and your use of a third party may be subject to its own terms.
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Payment data is handled by our Merchant of Record under its own terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and Content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties; in that case the exclusions apply to the extent permitted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or for decisions made in reliance on the Content. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or US$100, whichever is greater. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including your mandatory consumer rights.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law and except where caused by us.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or where required by law or to protect the Service and its users. Sections that by their nature should survive (including IP, disclaimers, liability, and governing law) survive termination.
We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages of official data sources, network or cloud failures, or acts of government.
We may change or discontinue features, and we may update these Terms. When we make material changes, we will update the "last updated" date and, where appropriate, provide notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.), without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you where you live. We would like to resolve any concern directly first — please contact us, and we will try to make it right. Where a dispute cannot be resolved, it will be handled by the competent courts of Taiwan, subject to any mandatory rights to bring proceedings locally.
If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, with the Privacy and Refund Policies, are the entire agreement between us regarding the Service. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them to a successor. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Notices to us may be sent to the contact below.
